Stepping back from the BRIDGE

Today was the day we officially put WordBRIDGE on hiatus.

A sad day indeed.

Putting a program that one has put so much sweat and tears into on hiatus is a difficult decision.  Opportunities will be lost.  Connections will be missed.  But most of all, Generous Company will lose a time to gather.  We’ve worked hard to get WordBRIDGE to where it is.  I’m immensely proud of that work.  The words of support from around the country have been encouraging.

Once Gumbo is wrapped, it’s time to start to find a new home.  Perhaps this is a natural course of action–I have always been a wanderer.
